Crazy Scary Easter Candy

I have no idea what this thing is supposed to be. My daughter spotted it in a CVS pharmacy, shortly before Easter. Whatever it is, it's a little too creepy to put in an Easter basket... unless, you know, you want your kids to think the Easter Bunny is evil.
