  The "Flick Filospher" -- aka MaryAnn Johanson -- wins a big thumbs-up for being one of the few people to realize that Mystery Men is a brilliant movie.

  This made me laugh really damn hard. It's about Ninjas. Yes, dammit, ninjas, and if you don't think that is cool, they will cut off your head. Take some time to browse all around this fine site. I especially like the "Author" outlining the author's credentials: "He has studied ninjas for several weeks and has watched a bunch of movies about them."

  Left-wing nuts are mostly just pathetic. For some reason, it's just more fun to ridicule the right-wing nuts. Obviously, somebody over at Salon noticed that, too...

  A clip, probably from MadTV... it's the kind of funny, biting satire... satire that bites so damn hard, it hurts...

  Breathtakingly beautiful furniture, and woodworking classes, too. In a previous life, I worked here. You know... back in the day. Back when I had hair... although that pic from the Windsor Bed article in Fine Woodworking showed the beginnings of my bald spot, even then. Jeff, by the way, is an exceptional craftsman, an outstanding designer, an all-around nice guy, and a positively unbeatable painted-sponge shop baseball player.
